• Design data — custom designs you create in the Design Studio are stored temporarily to process your order
• Usage data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and performance purposes

• To process and fulfill your orders
• To send order confirmation and status update emails
• To verify your identity during login via one-time password (OTP)
• To prevent fraud and abuse on our platform
• To improve our services and fix technical issues (via error tracking)

• Sentry — error tracking and application monitoring
• Supabase — database hosting (PostgreSQL)
• Render — backend server hosting
• Vercel — frontend hosting and CDN

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Order records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
