These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jai'fore Media website and services. By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Jai'fore Media

Jai'fore Media is a creative services company based in the United States offering custom apparel printing, graphic design, and web development services globally. Our platform allows customers to configure, design, and purchase custom merchandise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at jaifore@outlook.com.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are displayed in your detected local currency and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Flutterwave
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates these Terms
• All sales are final unless covered under our Returns & Refund Policy

5. Custom Design Orders

When you submit a custom design order through our Design Studio:

• You confirm that you own or have the right to use any design, image, or artwork you upload
• You grant Jai'fore Media a limited license to use your design solely to produce and fulfill your order
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content
• Custom orders may take 5–14 business days to produce and ship depending on complexity
• Minor color variations may occur between the digital preview and printed product due to monitor calibration and print technology differences

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jai'fore Media Site — including logos, designs, text, images, and code — is the property of Jai'fore Media and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. The Jai'fore anchor logo and brand identity are trademarks of Jai'fore Media.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload designs containing hate speech, explicit content, or copyrighted material you do not own
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Site
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jai'fore Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
